The school

The Egyptian school was founded around 2000 BC to train young experts to destine them in the administrative functions of the State.
It was a severe and hot very permissive school, often corporal punishments were inflicted.
The lessons were generally in open air. The students sat on braided mats and had brushes or sanes with pieces of terracotta on which they wrote.
For the study of letters the repeated exercise of copying and dectation was useful.
The young student who wanted to reach the highest levels of administration had to know at least one foreign language, as he who wanted a diplomatic career had to know the babilonese.
Even the physical preparation was important, cared for through phisical exercises
